To Export Income and Expenses CSV
Select the Transactions tab > select the download icon to the right of the filter button > Download CSV file Note: "Include Attachments" will include Invoice PDF and/or attached receipts
To export reports select the reports and statements tab.
Select the reports & Statements tab.
Export Income Statement
Select the Statements tab > date range and billed or collected options.
Billed Income shows all income including income that has been billed but not collected yet.
Collected Income only shows income that has been paid.
Export Expense Report
Select the Statements tab > Expense Report > select your options such as date range, category, client.
Export Tax Report
Select the Statements tab > Tax Report > select our options such as date range, client, billed or collected.
Billed Income shows all income including income that has been billed but not collected yet.
Collected Income only shows income that has been paid.
Select Export and select options to include any attached receipts
Note: The Tax Report shows accumulated taxes that have been added to your invoices and billed to your clients. If you have not added applicable tax to your invoices then the tax report will show as $0.00.
After clicking "Export," a email will be sent right away containing your data in a handy compressed .ZIP file. Download this file to your computer to open it.
You'll find your Income and Expenses data, Income Statement and Invoice/Receipt attachments if selected.
Download All Historical Data by going to your Settings > Account & Security > User Info > Scroll down to "Download my Data".
This might take a few moments to load due to size and will show as a download directly from your web browser. Please make sure pop-up blockers are turned off for download to appear.
