What is Your Refund Policy?
As per Fiverr Workspace Terms of Service If you are unhappy with your Paid Subscription Plan for any reason, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.
30 Days Refund: Within 30 days of your initial purchase, you can ask for a refund if the Paid Subscription Plan does not suit your needs. Request a refund by contacting the support team through your Fiverr Workspace app.
The refund process usually takes 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution, however, in some cases, refunds may take up to 30 days to appear in your account. If it has been more than 10 business days since the refund was processed by us, please contact your bank directly to inquire about the status of the refund. The refund is available for your first subscription purchase only.
The refund request has to be within 30 days of your sign up start date.
Refunds do not apply to renewals where your first 30 days has lapsed.
There is a 7 day grace period for refund request on your second + year renewal. This applies only to Yearly sign ups. If you are on your first year of Unlimited, the 30 day money back guarantee applies.
You can downgrade your membership plan at any time via the settings > account > plan > downgrade and you will be downgraded back to our free plan at the end of your billing cycle but will lose access to Fiverr Workspace Unlimited features.
