Where do you store your user information?
All of our data is stored on servers located in the United States. This includes your personal data and the data you input for your clients.
How do I control what emails and notifications I receive from Fiverr Workspace?
If you would like to turn off email alerts and notifications, simply go to Fiverr Workspace on the web.
Head to Settings > Notifications
Please note: that if you have WePay, Stripe or PayPal connected you will need to deactivate email notifications separately within those accounts!
How do I deactivate my account?
With GDPR, users have the "right to be forgotten." Although we are so sad to see you go we completely understand your decision and If you want to remove your Fiverr Workspace Account you can do so with these 3 simple steps. This will ensure that all data you have input will be completely eliminated.
Log into your Fiverr Workspace account and select Settings
Select > Account > User Info
Then select > Delete Account
