How Can I Delete or Edit A Payment On An Invoice?

Delete An Invoice Payment

Every now and then you may need to delete a payment that has been recorded against an invoice and you can do this with Fiverr Workspace in a few simple steps.

Simply select the invoices tab and then select the paid invoice. Select the payments tab within the invoice

Once you have selected the payments tab, you will see all payments that have been recorded/applied to the invoice.

Select the more actions icon to the right of the invoice ... symbol

Select > delete

Once you have selected the option to > delete you will see a pop up warning asking if you want to delete the payment displaying the amount.

Once the payment has been deleted, this cannot be undone. Always double-check before deleting anything in Fiverr Workspace!

Simply select > Yes Delete it, to delete the payment.

Once deleted you will notice that the payment will be removed/deleted from the invoice/payments tab

You will also see via the invoices > details tab that the invoice is showing as outstanding with the amount due

Edit A Invoice Payment

Once a payment has been recorded against an invoice and the invoice has been marked as paid you can now simply edit the payment details at any time if required.

To edit the payment on a invoice:

Select the invoices > Select the payments tab within the invoice

Once you have selected the payments tab you will see all payments applied to the invoice.

Select the payment itself or select the 3 dots to the right of the payment

Select >edit

You will then see a pop up where you can edit the payment. Make any required edits such as payment amount and date/currency and select save once done.

Any changes made will now be reflected against the invoice.

You will also see via the dash the invoice status will update showing the changes
