Subscriptions, A.K.A. Auto-Recurring Payments
Auto-Recurring Payments allow you to set up an ongoing recurring payment or Subscription to auto-charge your client.
A one time authorization from your client is all that's required! Once approved you can set it and forget it. #Boom #SetandForget #GetPaid
Set up recurring payments/subscriptions via the steps outlined below:
Recurring payment/subscriptions can be created by selecting the:
Green Create + Tab Top Right
Select > Create Subscription
You can also create a subscription from the left navigation > Subscriptions tab >
Simply select > New Subscription option in green
Select your existing client or create a new one.
Then set up the terms of the subscription and email the subscription details along with a link to authorize the subscription to your client.
Once you have set up the subscription terms, select NEXT and complete the Send approval email details so your client can approve the subscription via the link in the email.
You can add yourself as a recipient so you can get a copy of the email sent to the client as well eg. client view.
You will get a confirmation once you have selected send
Your client will receive an email to authorize the subscription. Also your client can authorize and add their payment details and cancel the subscription simply by selecting the link provided in the initial email.
Once your client selects to review the project they will see the terms of the subscription and a option to subscribe
Your client will be directed to enter in their credit card details via the payment page when they select to > subscribe. Once their payment details have been authorized you will get an email confirmation from the payment provider eg WePay or Stripe. Your subscription will also be updated as approved and you will get an in app notification and email confirmation.
If your subscription has yet to be approved you can always, resend the client the review approval email at anytime via the Subscription tab > select the subscription > resend subscription approval email
You can cancel the subscription via the subscriptions tab > subscription > more tab > cancel & archive subscription
You can view payments received via the subscriptions tab > subscription > payments tab
You can also add notes to the subscription for your own reference simply select the notes tab within the subscription.

The client will be emailed a payment receipt automatically every time a subscription payment is processed and they can also view the payments processed via their personal subscription link.
If you enter a Future Start Date for a Subscription, the payments will not begin until the designated future start date.
If you enter a Previous Start Date for the Subscription, payments will be back dated. Any back dated payments will be processed upon the approval of the Subscription.
If the credit card of an ongoing subscription is canceled, expired, marked as fraud or otherwise interrupted our system will attempt to re-charge it in three days. After three attempts, If the subscription cannot be processed it will be cancelled and both user and client will get an email notification. The Subscription will need to be recreated.
Subscriptions can only be set up using a client's authorized credit card via your connected payment gateway (i.e., Stripe).
ACH is not available on Subscriptions.
Subscriptions will automatically fail if the charged amount is less than $3.

To Cancel your Active Subscription select the subscriptions tab and select the subscription you wish to cancel and archive.
Once you have selected the subscription you want to cancel and archive.
Select the drop down icon top left
From the menu select > Cancel and archive
Select Ok to confirm
This will cancel the subscription entirely.
You will see all Archived and Cancelled subscriptions via the archived folder which you can filter to via the subscriptions tab
Once a subscription has been cancelled your client will be notified via email.
Your Client will receive a email notification that the subscription has been cancelled
You will also receive an email notification that the subscription has been cancelled.
Should you wish to create a new subscription you would need to select the subscription tab > add subscription and create a new subscription for your client to re authorize.
Note: You cannot currently delete a subscription
