Get started tracking time with Fiverr Workspace!
You can get started tracking time right away without creating a project.
1. Track Time Activities
To Start Tracking time with Fiverr Workspace simply select the Time Tracking tab
Select the Green Play/start button, this will start the timer
Enter in details of the time activity or what you are working on eg. Administration
You will also see an option to assign the time activity to a project
At this stage you can select to attach the time activity to a existing project
Or simply add it as a new activity not as yet tied/attached to a project.
To add the time activity select the stop button
Once you have stopped the timer the time activity will be added to your timesheet.
You can select to edit the activity by selecting the 3 dots to the right of the time activity
Select > > edit to make any edits
Once you have selected Edit a pop up window will appear for you to edit and confirm the time activity.
You will have the options to:
edit the time, minutes and seconds
edit the description of the activity
attach the time activity to a project
edit the date of the time activity
mark the time activity as invoiced
delete time activity
Another option to add a time activity is simply by selecting the > add activity option on the time tracking page
Once you have selected > add activity you will see a new activity added to the timesheet where you can enter in the information/details or select to edit/delete it.
Once you have entered in the details of the time activity simply select save.
2. Edit or Delete Time Activities
You can also edit or delete anytime activity via the time tracking page by selecting the 3 little dots icon next to the time activity
Then select edit or delete.
3. Assign A Time Activity To A Project
You can also quickly assign time activities to projects via the time tracking page by selecting the time activity > assign to project. enter in the project name or select from the drop down.
4. Assign A Description To A Time Activity
Quickly assign the description of the time activity via the time tracking page by selecting the description field and entering in a description of the time activity or selecting from the drop down of existing descriptions
5. Track And Duplicate The Same Time Activity
Quickly Track the same time activity again by hovering your mouse to the right of the time tracked activity and select the green play + symbol next to the activity and this will start the timer with the same activity details.
Once you select the green play + symbol next to a tracked activity the timer will auto start with the same details of that activity.
6. Bulk Edit Time Activities
Bulk Edit Time Activities via the time tracking page by selecting the edit option
Once you have selected edit you will see options to select multiple time activities by selecting ALL, or selecting them individually
You will then see options to
Edit selected activities
Merge selected activities
Delete selected activities
7. Sort Time Activities

Set up your project terms so you can invoice based on time tracked!
Project Terms For Time Tracking!
For projects that you will track time and invoice based on time tracked or hours worked, set up your terms within your project as "Per Hour" and select the option "Bill using time tracking".
If your services are set up this way simply select "Invoice Project" to add your time to an invoice.

The best workflow of the app is to start with your proposal/contract first as once approved your project is auto created for you in the app.
You cannot link a proposal/contract to a existing project
You cannot link a existing invoice to a project
The best workflow of the app is to create invoices within the project itself so it is tied to the project.
You can fill in by quantity as well where you have the option of entering a set quantity. Even if you have selected "bill using time tracking"
