Export Time Tracking Reports
Export Time Tracking Reports so you can keep track of all those hours! ✍️ ⏰
First step is to select the time tracking tab within the web-app
Once you are in Time Tracking > select the reports tab
The reports tab will give you an overview of
Total hours not invoiced/invoiced
Total activities tracked by day (graph)
Chart of hours invoice and not invoiced
You can select the date range or enter a custom date range
You will also be able to sort time activities by
Time / Date
You can Filter time activities by
Once you would like to download your CSV report simply select > download CSV
Once you have selected download CSV you will see the download zip file appear in the browser. Please ensure pop up blockers are disabled.

How Can I Share My Timesheet With My Client?

With Fiverr Workspace you can share your live timesheet with your client! This allows your client to view your time tracked and activities at any time by accessing the link you share with them.
To Share your timesheet with your client select your time sheet via your running Project by selecting the project > reports tab
Access your Time sheet via your project
Select Projects tab > select the Project
Select the reports tab > select the share option to share the project and time activities with your client
Select > SHARE
A pop up window will appear with your options to select. You can select to share the link or email the link to your client.
Once you have shared the link with your client they will be able to see a live view of your timesheet via the link sent to their email.
Once shared your client will also have the option to filter by time

Shared Timesheet allows the viewer the ability to filter the date view of the timesheet
You can view the total hours invoiced and not invoiced/unbilled
Total amount for unbilled/tracked hours is also shown.
Each Time activity and description/date is also viewable.
